Carboxymethyl hydroxypropyl guar Gum (CMHPG) is double chemical modified guar gum by carboxymethyl hydroxypropyl ether which is specially designed for oilfield industry as additives for water and methanol-based fracturing fluid.
Carboxymethyl hydroxypropyl guar (CMHPG) is an anionic guar derivative used as a gelling agent for oil and gas hydraulic fracturing fluids to suspend proppant. CMHPG is easily soluble in cold temperature environments. Furthermore, CMHPG polymers exhibit a good thermal stability and can be cross-linked with a number of crosslinkers.
